spacSome audio folks don't like subwoofers. Some can't afford a speaker with a built-in powered sub. Some want a powered sub, but want to place it carefully in the room to get the best sound.
spacFor those, Sandy Gross built the Triton Seven. This is the most affordable of the Triton Series, floor standing speakers. They sell for $1400 a pair. Yet, magazine after magazine has writen outstanding accolades on the sound reproduction ability of the Triton Seven.
spacIt is not quite as slim as the Triton Two or Three. It does not quite have the bass power, as those have a built-in powered sub, but real bass comes of of  these speakers.
spacThey use the same High Velocity Folded Horn Tweeter. They  use two 5 1/4inch cast basket woofers. They have sub bass  radiators to enhance low frequency reproduction.
spacThey can be driven by most modern AV receivers, yet they are revealing enough to show off the benefits high quality, expensive transistor or tube amplifiers.
